How do we plan the job?

For Thurso jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.

In and around Thurso we are usually asked to work on convenience stores and off-licences and boutiques and independent retailers.

What is included?

Slatwall and panel systems

Glass and lit shelving

What should Thurso owners check first?

Check shelf load ratings against your heaviest products.
Tall units must be fixed to the wall or linked to stop them tipping.
Leave aisles wide enough for wheelchairs and pushchairs.

In Scotland, most fit-out work that alters the building needs a building warrant from the local authority before work starts, followed by a completion certificate. Planning permission and advertisement consent are separate, and Scottish councils publish their own shopfront design guidance.
