Shelving and display systems across Highland
We carry out shelving and display systems throughout Highland, from Fort William to Nairn. Every job starts with a measured survey and ends with a certified, trading-ready handover.
Shop shelving and display systems are the modular fixtures that hold stock: slatwall, gondola units, wall bays, glass shelving and pegboard, supplied and installed to a layout.
What is shopfitting like in Highland?
Most enquiries we get from Highland come from pharmacies and healthcare premises or showrooms and trade counters, and the survey is where we pick up the details that change the price.
Highland towns serve wide rural catchments and visitor trade, and fit-out logistics need planning around longer delivery distances.
What does the work include?
- Layout planning around your stock
- Slatwall and panel systems
- Gondola and wall bay shelving
- Glass and lit shelving
What approvals might you need in Highland?
In Scotland, most fit-out work that alters the building needs a building warrant from the local authority before work starts, followed by a completion certificate. Planning permission and advertisement consent are separate, and Scottish councils publish their own shopfront design guidance.
- Check shelf load ratings against your heaviest products.
- Tall units must be fixed to the wall or linked to stop them tipping.
