This notice explains how we use personal information collected through shopfittingcontractors.co.uk.
Who controls your data
The data controller is S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company number 16703925), Unit 1 Hems Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG, on behalf of its group company S&K Glazing Ltd, which trades as Shopfitting Contractors and carries out the work you enquire about. What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email, the postcode of your premises and details of your project. If you use live chat or WhatsApp, we receive the messages you send.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare a quote and carry out any work you order. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered by Web3Forms (form processing), and chat is provided by tawk.to. If you go ahead, relevant project details are shared with the S&K Group team and the specialist trade teams working on your job under our supervision. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives pseudonymous usage data.
Cookies
We only set analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. The live chat widget sets cookies needed to run the chat.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't proceed are deleted after 24 months. Customer records are kept for six years after the job for legal and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
