A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.

Typical guide price£450–£1,100per m², ex VAT. Fixed price after survey.

Why does it matter?

The bar is the till, the display and the stage. We build it so staff can serve quickly from one position, with the cellar, glass washers and ice machines where they are needed.

What is included?

  • Bar counter and back bar joinery
  • Cellar cooling and beer line routes
  • Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
  • Booth and loose seating
  • Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
  • Acoustic treatment and flooring

What should you check before you start?

  • Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
  • Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
  • Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.

How do we price it?

We survey the unit first, then give you an itemised, fixed price with a dated programme. The range above is a starting guide; your survey confirms the real figure, including access, services and any landlord or planning conditions.

Questions people ask

Can you refurbish a bar without closing for long?

We prefabricate bar joinery off site, so the on-site part of a refurbishment can often be done in a short closure.

Do you fit beer lines and cellars?

We prepare the cellar and line routes, and work alongside your brewery or line installer for the dispense equipment.

What finishes last in a busy bar?

Hard-wearing laminates or sealed hardwoods on the counter, stainless kick plates and a sealed floor that can be mopped hard.
