Need pharmacy fit-out in Penzance? We survey the unit, draw the layout with you and give a fixed, itemised price before anything is ordered.
A pharmacy fit-out creates the dispensary, a private consultation room, the medicines counter and the retail area, with the security and storage controlled medicines need.
How is the work priced?
Every pharmacy fit-out quote for Penzance lists each element separately, so you can see what the layout, joinery, services and finishes each cost.
In and around Penzance we are usually asked to work on boutiques and independent retailers and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Dispensary benching and drug storage
- Consultation room with sound privacy

- Retail shelving and health displays
What should Penzance owners check first?
- The pharmacist needs a clear view of the medicines counter from the dispensary.
- Controlled drugs cabinets must be fixed securely to the structure.

In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
