Need pharmacy fit-out in Falmouth? We survey the unit, draw the layout with you and give a fixed, itemised price before anything is ordered.
A pharmacy fit-out creates the dispensary, a private consultation room, the medicines counter and the retail area, with the security and storage controlled medicines need.
What happens at the survey?
Before we price pharmacy fit-out in Falmouth, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Falmouth we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants.
What is included?
- Dispensary benching and drug storage
- Consultation room with sound privacy
- Medicines counter with pharmacist sight line
- Controlled drugs cabinet fixing
- Retail shelving and health displays
What should Falmouth owners check first?
- Controlled drugs cabinets must be fixed securely to the structure.

In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
