Pharmacy fit-out for Truro businesses
Need pharmacy fit-out in Truro? We survey the unit, draw the layout with you and give a fixed, itemised price before anything is ordered.
A pharmacy fit-out creates the dispensary, a private consultation room, the medicines counter and the retail area, with the security and storage controlled medicines need.
How do we plan the job?
Every pharmacy fit-out quote for Truro lists each element separately, so you can see what the layout, joinery, services and finishes each cost.
In and around Truro we are usually asked to work on boutiques and independent retailers and high street units and corner shops.
What is included?
- Consultation room with sound privacy
- Medicines counter with pharmacist sight line
- Controlled drugs cabinet fixing
- Retail shelving and health displays
- Security, CCTV and shutters
What should Truro owners check first?
- The consultation room should let patients talk without being overheard in the shop.
- The pharmacist needs a clear view of the medicines counter from the dispensary.
- Controlled drugs cabinets must be fixed securely to the structure.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
