Showroom fit-out in Perth
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our showroom fit-out work in Perth is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A showroom fit-out creates a space where products are shown in use, with room sets, plinths, lighting and a sales area for sitting down with customers.
What happens at the survey?
The survey for showroom fit-out in Perth covers measurements, service capacity, access for deliveries and any planning or building control points.
In and around Perth we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and salons, barbers and beauty clinics.
What is included?
- Plinths, podiums and product walls
- Feature and scene lighting
- Services to working displays
- Sales desks and consultation areas
- Trade counter and collection point
What should Perth owners check first?
- Working displays such as taps or appliances need water and waste runs planned at the start.
- Design the display walls to be demountable so ranges can change without rebuilding.
- Large glazed frontages may need solar control film to stop products fading.
In Scotland, most fit-out work that alters the building needs a building warrant from the local authority before work starts, followed by a completion certificate. Planning permission and advertisement consent are separate, and Scottish councils publish their own shopfront design guidance.
