How is the work priced?

For Annan jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.

In and around Annan we are usually asked to work on shopping centre units and retail park stores and boutiques and independent retailers.

What is included?

Layout planning around your stock
Slatwall and panel systems
Gondola and wall bay shelving
Glass and lit shelving
Pegboard, hooks and accessories

What should Annan owners check first?

Tall units must be fixed to the wall or linked to stop them tipping.
Leave aisles wide enough for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
Check shelf load ratings against your heaviest products.

In Scotland, most fit-out work that alters the building needs a building warrant from the local authority before work starts, followed by a completion certificate. Planning permission and advertisement consent are separate, and Scottish councils publish their own shopfront design guidance.
