We carry out bespoke shop joinery and counters in Annan and the surrounding parts of Dumfries and Galloway, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.

How do we plan the job?
Before we price bespoke shop joinery and counters in Annan, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Annan we are usually asked to work on convenience stores and off-licences and cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants.
What is included?
- Workshop drawings for approval
- Counters and cash desks
- Display cabinets, lockable and lit
- Wall units and shelving
- Laminate, veneer and painted finishes
What should Annan owners check first?
- Allow time for drawing approval before manufacture starts.
- Counters should include a lowered section for wheelchair users.
- Hard-wearing edges matter more than the face finish on busy counters.
In Scotland, most fit-out work that alters the building needs a building warrant from the local authority before work starts, followed by a completion certificate. Planning permission and advertisement consent are separate, and Scottish councils publish their own shopfront design guidance.
