What happens at the survey?

For Newry jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.

In and around Newry we are usually asked to work on boutiques and independent retailers and showrooms and trade counters.

What is included?

Redecoration and new finishes
Lighting upgrade to LED
Replacement fixtures and counters
Flooring replacement
Condition survey of the existing fit-out

What should Newry owners check first?

Switching to LED lighting cuts running costs and heat load.
Reusing sound fixtures can take a large slice off the cost.
Older units may contain asbestos; a refurbishment survey is needed before strip-out.

In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
