Guide price for Newry£35–£120per m², ex VAT. Fixed after a free survey.

What happens at the survey?

For Newry jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.

In and around Newry we are usually asked to work on salons, barbers and beauty clinics and convenience stores and off-licences.

What is included?

Subfloor survey and levelling
Commercial sheet vinyl and LVT
Porcelain and ceramic tiling
Resin and polished concrete
Recessed entrance matting

What should Newry owners check first?

A poor subfloor shows through thin vinyl; levelling is worth paying for.
Entrance areas should have matting to stop rain being walked into the shop.
Kitchens and wet areas need a higher slip resistance rating.

In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
