What happens at the survey?
Every shop refurbishment and refit quote for Truro lists each element separately, so you can see what the layout, joinery, services and finishes each cost.

What is included?

What should Truro owners check first?
- Reusing sound fixtures can take a large slice off the cost.
- Older units may contain asbestos; a refurbishment survey is needed before strip-out.
- Switching to LED lighting cuts running costs and heat load.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
