We carry out convenience store and supermarket fit-out in Annan and the surrounding parts of Dumfries and Galloway, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.

How is the work priced?
Before we price convenience store and supermarket fit-out in Annan, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Annan we are usually asked to work on shopping centre units and retail park stores and convenience stores and off-licences.
What is included?

- Gondola and wall shelving runs
- Chiller and freezer positions with dedicated power
What should Annan owners check first?
- Your premises licence plan may need updating if the alcohol display area changes.
- Tobacco and vapes must be stored out of sight of customers, so the gantry needs closing doors or shutters.
- Refrigeration needs dedicated circuits and ventilation space; confirm the supply capacity before ordering chillers.
In Scotland, most fit-out work that alters the building needs a building warrant from the local authority before work starts, followed by a completion certificate. Planning permission and advertisement consent are separate, and Scottish councils publish their own shopfront design guidance.
