Bar and pub fit-out contractors in Exmouth
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our bar and pub fit-out work in Exmouth is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How is the work priced?
For Exmouth jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Exmouth we are usually asked to work on cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
- Bar counter and back bar joinery
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
What should Exmouth owners check first?
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
