How do we plan the job?
The survey for bar and pub fit-out in Plymouth covers measurements, service capacity, access for deliveries and any planning or building control points.

- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating

What should Plymouth owners check first?
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
