How is the work priced?
Before we price aluminium shopfronts in Exmouth, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Exmouth we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and convenience stores and off-licences.
What is included?

What should Exmouth owners check first?

In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control.
