Bar and pub fit-out contractors in Bangor
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our bar and pub fit-out work in Bangor is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How do we plan the job?
Before we price bar and pub fit-out in Bangor, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Bangor we are usually asked to work on shopping centre units and retail park stores and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
- Bar counter and back bar joinery
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
What should Bangor owners check first?
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
