Bar and pub fit-out contractors in Downpatrick
Need bar and pub fit-out in Downpatrick? We survey the unit, draw the layout with you and give a fixed, itemised price before anything is ordered.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How is the work priced?
For Downpatrick jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Downpatrick we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and showrooms and trade counters.
What is included?
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
What should Downpatrick owners check first?
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.

Hard-wearing laminates or sealed hardwoods on the counter, stainless kick plates and a sealed floor that can be mopped hard.
