How do we plan the job?

For Bangor jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.

In and around Bangor we are usually asked to work on high street units and corner shops and salons, barbers and beauty clinics.

What should Bangor owners check first?

Check shelf load ratings against your heaviest products.
Tall units must be fixed to the wall or linked to stop them tipping.
Leave aisles wide enough for wheelchairs and pushchairs.

In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
