Bar and pub fit-out for Newtownards businesses
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our bar and pub fit-out work in Newtownards is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
What happens at the survey?
The survey for bar and pub fit-out in Newtownards covers measurements, service capacity, access for deliveries and any planning or building control points.
In and around Newtownards we are usually asked to work on salons, barbers and beauty clinics and convenience stores and off-licences.
What is included?
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
- Bar counter and back bar joinery
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
What should Newtownards owners check first?
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
