Showroom fit-out in Derry
We carry out showroom fit-out in Derry and the surrounding parts of County Londonderry, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
A showroom fit-out creates a space where products are shown in use, with room sets, plinths, lighting and a sales area for sitting down with customers.
How is the work priced?
Before we price showroom fit-out in Derry, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Derry we are usually asked to work on cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants and showrooms and trade counters.
What is included?
- Feature and scene lighting
- Services to working displays
- Sales desks and consultation areas
- Trade counter and collection point
- Room-set partitions and display bays
What should Derry owners check first?
- Large glazed frontages may need solar control film to stop products fading.
- Working displays such as taps or appliances need water and waste runs planned at the start.
- Design the display walls to be demountable so ranges can change without rebuilding.
In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
