How do we plan the job?
Before we price shop refurbishment and refit in Derry, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Derry we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and salons, barbers and beauty clinics.
What is included?

What should Derry owners check first?

In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
