Showroom fit-out contractors in Penzance
Owners opening or refreshing a unit in Penzance use our showroom fit-out service to get one contract, one programme and one point of contact.
A showroom fit-out creates a space where products are shown in use, with room sets, plinths, lighting and a sales area for sitting down with customers.
How is the work priced?
Before we price showroom fit-out in Penzance, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Penzance we are usually asked to work on salons, barbers and beauty clinics and showrooms and trade counters.
What is included?
- Services to working displays
- Sales desks and consultation areas
- Trade counter and collection point
- Room-set partitions and display bays
- Plinths, podiums and product walls
What should Penzance owners check first?
- Large glazed frontages may need solar control film to stop products fading.
- Working displays such as taps or appliances need water and waste runs planned at the start.
- Design the display walls to be demountable so ranges can change without rebuilding.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
