Pharmacy fit-out contractors in Wrexham

A pharmacy fit-out creates the dispensary, a private consultation room, the medicines counter and the retail area, with the security and storage controlled medicines need.
What happens at the survey?
The survey for pharmacy fit-out in Wrexham covers measurements, service capacity, access for deliveries and any planning or building control points.
In and around Wrexham we are usually asked to work on cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants and shopping centre units and retail park stores.
What is included?
- Medicines counter with pharmacist sight line
- Controlled drugs cabinet fixing
- Retail shelving and health displays
- Security, CCTV and shutters
- Dispensary benching and drug storage
What should Wrexham owners check first?
- The pharmacist needs a clear view of the medicines counter from the dispensary.
- Controlled drugs cabinets must be fixed securely to the structure.
- The consultation room should let patients talk without being overheard in the shop.
In Wales, the Building Regulations are set by the Welsh Government and applied by local authority building control. Shopfronts, signs and extraction flues need checking with the local planning authority, and many Welsh towns have conservation areas with stricter rules on shopfront design.
