Pharmacy fit-out across Clwyd
Our pharmacy fit-out team works across Clwyd and the wider North Wales, taking projects from first survey to final clean in towns including Colwyn Bay, Wrexham, Rhyl.
A pharmacy fit-out creates the dispensary, a private consultation room, the medicines counter and the retail area, with the security and storage controlled medicines need.
Working in Clwyd
Most enquiries we get from Clwyd come from salons, barbers and beauty clinics or pharmacies and healthcare premises, and the survey is where we pick up the details that change the price.
North Wales combines coastal resort towns with inland market towns, and seasonal trade means many owners want refits finished before Easter.
What does the work include?

In Wales, the Building Regulations are set by the Welsh Government and applied by local authority building control. Shopfronts, signs and extraction flues need checking with the local planning authority, and many Welsh towns have conservation areas with stricter rules on shopfront design.
- Controlled drugs cabinets must be fixed securely to the structure.
- The consultation room should let patients talk without being overheard in the shop.
