Pharmacy fit-out contractors in Mold
We carry out pharmacy fit-out in Mold and the surrounding parts of Clwyd, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
A pharmacy fit-out creates the dispensary, a private consultation room, the medicines counter and the retail area, with the security and storage controlled medicines need.
How do we plan the job?
For Mold jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Mold we are usually asked to work on salons, barbers and beauty clinics and cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants.
What is included?
- Controlled drugs cabinet fixing
- Retail shelving and health displays
- Security, CCTV and shutters
- Dispensary benching and drug storage
- Consultation room with sound privacy
What should Mold owners check first?
- The consultation room should let patients talk without being overheard in the shop.
- The pharmacist needs a clear view of the medicines counter from the dispensary.
- Controlled drugs cabinets must be fixed securely to the structure.
In Wales, the Building Regulations are set by the Welsh Government and applied by local authority building control. Shopfronts, signs and extraction flues need checking with the local planning authority, and many Welsh towns have conservation areas with stricter rules on shopfront design.
