Bar and pub fit-out contractors in Forfar
Need bar and pub fit-out in Forfar? We survey the unit, draw the layout with you and give a fixed, itemised price before anything is ordered.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How do we plan the job?
Every bar and pub fit-out quote for Forfar lists each element separately, so you can see what the layout, joinery, services and finishes each cost.
In and around Forfar we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and high street units and corner shops.
What is included?
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
- Bar counter and back bar joinery
What should Forfar owners check first?
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
In Scotland, most fit-out work that alters the building needs a building warrant from the local authority before work starts, followed by a completion certificate. Planning permission and advertisement consent are separate, and Scottish councils publish their own shopfront design guidance.
