Bar and pub fit-out for Portadown businesses
We carry out bar and pub fit-out in Portadown and the surrounding parts of County Armagh, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.

What should Portadown owners check first?
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
