Bar and pub fit-out contractors in Armagh
We carry out bar and pub fit-out in Armagh and the surrounding parts of County Armagh, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How do we plan the job?
Before we price bar and pub fit-out in Armagh, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Armagh we are usually asked to work on showrooms and trade counters and shopping centre units and retail park stores.
What is included?
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
- Bar counter and back bar joinery
What should Armagh owners check first?
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.

What finishes last in a busy bar?

Can you refurbish a bar without closing for long?
We prefabricate bar joinery off site, so the on-site part of a refurbishment can often be done in a short closure.
