Showroom fit-out contractors in Eastbourne
We carry out showroom fit-out in Eastbourne and the surrounding parts of East Sussex, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
A showroom fit-out creates a space where products are shown in use, with room sets, plinths, lighting and a sales area for sitting down with customers.
How is the work priced?
Every showroom fit-out quote for Eastbourne lists each element separately, so you can see what the layout, joinery, services and finishes each cost.
In and around Eastbourne we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and high street units and corner shops.
What is included?
- Trade counter and collection point
- Room-set partitions and display bays
- Plinths, podiums and product walls
- Feature and scene lighting
- Services to working displays
What should Eastbourne owners check first?
- Large glazed frontages may need solar control film to stop products fading.
- Working displays such as taps or appliances need water and waste runs planned at the start.
- Design the display walls to be demountable so ranges can change without rebuilding.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
