Showroom fit-out for Consett businesses
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our showroom fit-out work in Consett is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A showroom fit-out creates a space where products are shown in use, with room sets, plinths, lighting and a sales area for sitting down with customers.
How do we plan the job?
Every showroom fit-out quote for Consett lists each element separately, so you can see what the layout, joinery, services and finishes each cost.
In and around Consett we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and salons, barbers and beauty clinics.
What is included?
- Sales desks and consultation areas
- Trade counter and collection point
- Room-set partitions and display bays
- Plinths, podiums and product walls
- Feature and scene lighting
What should Consett owners check first?
- Design the display walls to be demountable so ranges can change without rebuilding.
- Large glazed frontages may need solar control film to stop products fading.
- Working displays such as taps or appliances need water and waste runs planned at the start.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
