How is the work priced?
Before we price shelving and display systems in Neath, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Neath we are usually asked to work on shopping centre units and retail park stores and convenience stores and off-licences.

What should Neath owners check first?
- Tall units must be fixed to the wall or linked to stop them tipping.
- Leave aisles wide enough for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
- Check shelf load ratings against your heaviest products.
In Wales, the Building Regulations are set by the Welsh Government and applied by local authority building control. Shopfronts, signs and extraction flues need checking with the local planning authority, and many Welsh towns have conservation areas with stricter rules on shopfront design.
