Local projects in West Glamorgan
In West Glamorgan we mostly see high street units and corner shops and salons, barbers and beauty clinics. Each has its own landlord rules, service loads and access limits, which we look at on the first visit.
South Wales town centres, from the capital to the valleys, have many older terraced shop units where fit-outs need careful work around existing structure and services.
