How do we plan the job?
Every shelving and display systems quote for Peebles lists each element separately, so you can see what the layout, joinery, services and finishes each cost.
In and around Peebles we are usually asked to work on salons, barbers and beauty clinics and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Layout planning around your stock
- Slatwall and panel systems
- Gondola and wall bay shelving
- Glass and lit shelving
- Pegboard, hooks and accessories
What should Peebles owners check first?
- Leave aisles wide enough for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
- Check shelf load ratings against your heaviest products.
- Tall units must be fixed to the wall or linked to stop them tipping.
In Scotland, most fit-out work that alters the building needs a building warrant from the local authority before work starts, followed by a completion certificate. Planning permission and advertisement consent are separate, and Scottish councils publish their own shopfront design guidance.
