How is the work priced?
Before we price shop refurbishment and refit in Shrewsbury, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.

What should Shrewsbury owners check first?
- Switching to LED lighting cuts running costs and heat load.
- Reusing sound fixtures can take a large slice off the cost.
- Older units may contain asbestos; a refurbishment survey is needed before strip-out.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
