Salon and barber shop fit-out contractors in Worcester
We carry out salon and barber shop fit-out in Worcester and the surrounding parts of Worcestershire, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
A salon fit-out builds styling stations, backwash areas, reception, retail display and any treatment rooms, with the hot water, drainage and power each station needs.
How do we plan the job?
For Worcester jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Worcester we are usually asked to work on high street units and corner shops and convenience stores and off-licences.
What is included?
- Reception desk and retail display
- Treatment rooms and partitions
- Towel and colour dispensary
- Lighting that flatters skin tones
- Styling stations with mirrors and power
What should Worcester owners check first?
- Treatment rooms offering special procedures may need a local authority licence.
- Hair traps on backwash drainage save costly blockages.
- Backwash units need hot water capacity sized for several basins running together.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
