Salon and barber shop fit-out contractors in Llanelli
Owners opening or refreshing a unit in Llanelli use our salon and barber shop fit-out service to get one contract, one programme and one point of contact.
A salon fit-out builds styling stations, backwash areas, reception, retail display and any treatment rooms, with the hot water, drainage and power each station needs.
How do we plan the job?
For Llanelli jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Llanelli we are usually asked to work on shopping centre units and retail park stores and boutiques and independent retailers.
What is included?
- Lighting that flatters skin tones
- Styling stations with mirrors and power
- Backwash units with hot water and drainage
- Reception desk and retail display
- Treatment rooms and partitions
What should Llanelli owners check first?
- Treatment rooms offering special procedures may need a local authority licence.
- Hair traps on backwash drainage save costly blockages.
- Backwash units need hot water capacity sized for several basins running together.
In Wales, the Building Regulations are set by the Welsh Government and applied by local authority building control. Shopfronts, signs and extraction flues need checking with the local planning authority, and many Welsh towns have conservation areas with stricter rules on shopfront design.
