From the first measured survey to the day you open, our shop refurbishment and refit work in Llanelli is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A shop refurbishment updates an existing unit: new finishes, lighting, fixtures and layout, from a light refresh while you trade to a full strip-out and refit.
What happens at the survey?
For Llanelli jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Llanelli we are usually asked to work on high street units and corner shops and shopping centre units and retail park stores.
What is included?
- Strip-out and waste removal
- Redecoration and new finishes
- Lighting upgrade to LED

- Flooring replacement
What should Llanelli owners check first?
- Older units may contain asbestos; a refurbishment survey is needed before strip-out.
- Switching to LED lighting cuts running costs and heat load.
- Reusing sound fixtures can take a large slice off the cost.
In Wales, the Building Regulations are set by the Welsh Government and applied by local authority building control. Shopfronts, signs and extraction flues need checking with the local planning authority, and many Welsh towns have conservation areas with stricter rules on shopfront design.
