Salon and barber shop fit-out contractors in Coleraine
Owners opening or refreshing a unit in Coleraine use our salon and barber shop fit-out service to get one contract, one programme and one point of contact.
A salon fit-out builds styling stations, backwash areas, reception, retail display and any treatment rooms, with the hot water, drainage and power each station needs.
What happens at the survey?
For Coleraine jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Coleraine we are usually asked to work on convenience stores and off-licences and boutiques and independent retailers.
What is included?
- Towel and colour dispensary
- Lighting that flatters skin tones
- Styling stations with mirrors and power
- Backwash units with hot water and drainage
- Reception desk and retail display
What should Coleraine owners check first?
- Treatment rooms offering special procedures may need a local authority licence.
- Hair traps on backwash drainage save costly blockages.
- Backwash units need hot water capacity sized for several basins running together.
In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
