How do we plan the job?
Before we price roller shutters and security in Chichester, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Chichester we are usually asked to work on cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants and convenience stores and off-licences.

What should Chichester owners check first?
- Externally fitted shutters often need planning permission, and some councils prefer internal grilles.
- Your insurer may specify the security rating it wants.

In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control.
