Roller shutters and security contractors in Lurgan
We carry out roller shutters and security in Lurgan and the surrounding parts of County Armagh, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
Shop roller shutters are steel or aluminium curtains that roll into a box above the shopfront, closed at night to protect the glass and stock. Perforated and grille types let light and window display show through.
What happens at the survey?
For Lurgan jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Lurgan we are usually asked to work on convenience stores and off-licences and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Powder coating to match the shopfront
- Annual service options

What should Lurgan owners check first?
- Electric shutters need safety edges or photocells to stop them closing on people.
- Externally fitted shutters often need planning permission, and some councils prefer internal grilles.
- Your insurer may specify the security rating it wants.
In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
