Need retail shopfitting in Fraserburgh? We survey the unit, draw the layout with you and give a fixed, itemised price before anything is ordered.
Retail shopfitting is the design, manufacture and installation of everything inside a shop that lets it trade: walls, ceilings, lighting, flooring, display fixtures, counters, fitting rooms and the services behind them.
How do we plan the job?
Before we price retail shopfitting in Fraserburgh, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Fraserburgh we are usually asked to work on shopping centre units and retail park stores and cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants.
What is included?

- Display walls, gondolas and counters
- Flooring, decorating and final clean
- Measured survey and floor plan
What should Fraserburgh owners check first?
- Fire alarm, emergency lighting and escape signage must be commissioned and certified before you open.
- Landlord consent and the lease's fit-out guide usually need sign-off before work starts.
- Shopfitting inside a trading centre often has to run out of hours, so ask for a night-work price early.
In Scotland, most fit-out work that alters the building needs a building warrant from the local authority before work starts, followed by a completion certificate. Planning permission and advertisement consent are separate, and Scottish councils publish their own shopfront design guidance.

Can you work around our existing shop while it trades?
