Pharmacy fit-out contractors in Boston
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our pharmacy fit-out work in Boston is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A pharmacy fit-out creates the dispensary, a private consultation room, the medicines counter and the retail area, with the security and storage controlled medicines need.
What happens at the survey?
Before we price pharmacy fit-out in Boston, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Boston we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and salons, barbers and beauty clinics.
What is included?
- Controlled drugs cabinet fixing
- Retail shelving and health displays

What should Boston owners check first?
- The pharmacist needs a clear view of the medicines counter from the dispensary.
- Controlled drugs cabinets must be fixed securely to the structure.
- The consultation room should let patients talk without being overheard in the shop.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control.
