Bar and pub fit-out for Boston businesses
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our bar and pub fit-out work in Boston is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How do we plan the job?
Before we price bar and pub fit-out in Boston, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Boston we are usually asked to work on convenience stores and off-licences and salons, barbers and beauty clinics.
What is included?
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
What should Boston owners check first?
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
