Fashion and boutique fit-out for Inverurie businesses
We carry out fashion and boutique fit-out in Inverurie and the surrounding parts of Aberdeenshire, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
A fashion fit-out is a retail fit-out tuned for garments: hanging systems at the right heights, fitting rooms that people are happy to use, and lighting that renders colour accurately.
How do we plan the job?
For Inverurie jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Inverurie we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and convenience stores and off-licences.
What is included?
- Fitting rooms with doors or curtains, mirrors and hooks
- High colour-rendering track and feature lighting
- Cash desk with wrap and storage
- Window display plinths and backdrops
- Stockroom racking
What should Inverurie owners check first?
- Slatwall and track systems let you re-merchandise seasonally without calling a fitter back.
- Fitting rooms should include at least one accessible cubicle sized for a wheelchair user.
- Lighting with a high colour rendering index costs a little more and makes a visible difference to sales of coloured garments.
In Scotland, most fit-out work that alters the building needs a building warrant from the local authority before work starts, followed by a completion certificate. Planning permission and advertisement consent are separate, and Scottish councils publish their own shopfront design guidance.
