Restaurant and café fit-out in Inverurie
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our restaurant and café fit-out work in Inverurie is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A restaurant or café fit-out covers the dining area, the service counter and the back-of-house kitchen, including the extraction, gas, drainage and hygiene finishes the kitchen needs.
How is the work priced?
For Inverurie jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Inverurie we are usually asked to work on boutiques and independent retailers and salons, barbers and beauty clinics.
What is included?
- Service counter and back bar
- Banquettes, booths and loose seating layout
- Hygienic wall and floor finishes for kitchens
- Canopy, extraction and make-up air
- Gas, water and grease-trap drainage
What should Inverurie owners check first?
- A new extraction flue often needs planning permission, and odour and noise reports may be asked for.
- Kitchen gas work must be done and certified by a Gas Safe engineer registered for commercial catering.
- Register your food business with the council at least 28 days before you start trading.
In Scotland, most fit-out work that alters the building needs a building warrant from the local authority before work starts, followed by a completion certificate. Planning permission and advertisement consent are separate, and Scottish councils publish their own shopfront design guidance.
Questions about restaurant and café fit-out in Inverurie
How soon can work start in Inverurie?
Surveys are usually booked within one to two weeks. Your quote includes a start date and a dated programme.
Can you install the kitchen extraction?
Yes, we coordinate the canopy, ductwork, fan and make-up air as part of the fit-out.
How much does a café fit-out cost?
A small café refit without a new kitchen extraction system can start from the low end of our range. A full restaurant with new extraction and a commercial kitchen sits at the top. We price from a survey, not a guess.
