How is the work priced?
Before we price convenience store and supermarket fit-out in Strabane, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.

- Counter with tobacco gantry and lottery space

- Signage and price-ticket rails
What should Strabane owners check first?
- Refrigeration needs dedicated circuits and ventilation space; confirm the supply capacity before ordering chillers.
- Your premises licence plan may need updating if the alcohol display area changes.
- Tobacco and vapes must be stored out of sight of customers, so the gantry needs closing doors or shutters.
In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
