Bar and pub fit-out for Strabane businesses
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our bar and pub fit-out work in Strabane is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How is the work priced?
Before we price bar and pub fit-out in Strabane, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Strabane we are usually asked to work on shopping centre units and retail park stores and pharmacies and healthcare premises.

What should Strabane owners check first?
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
