Working in Ayrshire
In Ayrshire we mostly see cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants and convenience stores and off-licences. Each has its own landlord rules, service loads and access limits, which we look at on the first visit.
South West Scotland's towns rely on independent retailers and hospitality, with many shop units in traditional sandstone terraces.
